Why Settle For Second Class When First Class Is Available?
“We’ve come a long way, but we still have a long way to go.” We hear this said repeatedly by prominent black spokespeople when describing our progress as a race. However, they have yet to come up with that game-changing idea or concept that will advance us to the next level of more liberating empowerment. Nevertheless, they all seem to sense that something critical is missing.
The Missing Ingredient
Well, here it is: the missing ingredient, which is the establishment of this integrated all-inclusive national news media operation reporting the news as it unfolds but including the interests and concerns of African Americans. It’s the one thing when put in place that will result in structural societal change, unprecedented empowerment for black Americans, establishing a national voice, and a permanent national news media apparatus to impose accountability where it has never been. Otherwise we are relegated to less than full participation in this society.
Too Big To Fail We Finally Have A Choice
This is all about establishing this all-inclusive national cable news television network to address the last remaining structural institutional racial inequality. Few Americans are even aware of the existence of this longstanding fundamental racial inequality, much less seeing it being at the heart of the unsolved race and social justice problem.
Black Americans, the most visible, vilified race are without real national news media representation. This means African Americans, are without the most effective accountability imposing apparatus in race and police encounters we can ill afford to be without. While enjoying the presumption that integration of the new media ceased their racist practices, the integrated new media is actually engaged in the systemic practice of supporting the police in race matters to the extent of knowingly covering up police misconduct in cases involving race. “The Big Cover-Up” video is the “smoking gun” showing the entire news media engaged in this racists practice in a case involving the black President.
We have devised a realistic plan to fix this racial inequality by establishing a 24-7 all-inclusive national cable new television network and 24-7 on-line news magazine giving us national news media representation with accountability in race and police encounters for the first time in history. Otherwise, we are relegated to this permanent 2nd class marginalized status as a race, which is at the heart of the unsolved race and social justice problem. This is the ultimate fix and solution that few have envisioned or imagined and the national news media operation Americans thought they were getting with the integrated news media
Demonstrating for national or local news media attention goes all the way back to the days of the civil rights movement, which remains our go-to move to try and impact change to this day.
We are introducing a whole new way for us to see ourselves as black Americans. No longer will we be this helpless powerless race, relying on demonstrations for news media attention, that goes through a middleman mainstream news media that doesn’t even “have our backs.” Establishing this all-inclusive national news media operation will move us from the sidelines to the forefront in the national news media arena, providing the kind of news media operation Americans thought they were getting from the integrated news media finally making us full participants in society. This is the all-inclusive national news media concept America has been missing, has needed and has been waited for.
The launch of this all-inclusive national cable new television network is a level of unprecedented empowerment for black Americans few have envisioned or imagined. It’s spearheaded by our $500,000 minimum “GoFundMe” campaign to produce the pilot. Once produced, with corporate commercials showing it to be a sound business concept, it will be aired nationally and streamed nationally via YouTube and Vimeo. It will include paid for commercial spots showing it’s not only a major societal advancement but a sound and viable self-sustaining business concept.
This takes us from the sidelines to the forefront in the national news media arena making us full participants in the society.
