Influential Targets

The premise of our “Six Degrees” strategy is this concept only needs people with the capital and the concern to be made aware of this game-changing concept to gain its necessary support.

Those listed below are our “Six Degrees targets” to reach out to inform them of this new national news media concept. They are all billionaires and multimillionaires, who unless they are opposed to this concept advancing us as a race, any one of  these individuals could do the whole $300,000 on their own. As you can see, the listings include a personal note pointing out other reasons why they were selected.

Oprah

You hosted a 60 Minutes segment on the history of lynchings of black Americans, reminding Americans of the horrendous racist offenses in our past. It’s laudable to show the nation who we were then. However, what about dealing with who we are now? “The Big Cover-Up” video shows how the mainstream news media knowingly supports law enforcement misconduct in race matters. The infamous Gates Crowley affair involving President Obama is our  exhibit “A.” showing today’s racist problem, which  more than justifies the news media concept we are launching, to address the present, while being mindful of the past.

Norman Lear

After years of launching TV shows spoofing racism and bigotry, you have a reputation for being a supporter of liberal causes and civil rights.  After checking out this new national news media endeavor which amounts to the most significant advancement for African Americans since the success of the civil rights movement. We hope  you can see adding to your legacy the support of this serious ground-breaking national news media operation.  For black Americans this means unprecedented empowerment and full participation in our society and completes the unfinished business of the civil rights movement.

Roger Goodell

It’s been reported that the NFL has committed $89 million over seven years with the hope that the money “will create an environment in which players will no longer want to protest.”Can you think of a better dissuader for the players to not want to protest for news media attention than black Americans  having our own national news media representation for the first time in history? That would appear to be a no brainer and certainly worth a $300,000 outlay to get this-protest-killing advancement of African Americans  moving to reality right away. What’s that football saying? Com’on man.

Stephen Curry

It’s hard to believe you watched “The Big Cover Up” video, which was, referenced in the email we sent to you via your agent Jeff Austin and you failed to jump all over this endeavor. To have witnessed how the news media knowingly supported police misconduct against President Obama, who besides being the first black President presumably a good friend of yours suggests you did not watch the “The Big Cover Up” video. Com’on Steph,  take the time to check it out. It’s 23 minutes to help change the world.

Colin Powell

It’s hard to believe you watched “The Big Cover Up” video, which was, referenced in the email we sent to you via your agent Jeff Austin and you failed to jump all over this endeavor. To have witnessed how the news media knowingly supported police misconduct against President Obama, who besides being the first black President presumably a good friend of yours suggests you did not watch the “The Big Cover Up” video. Com’on Steph,  take the time to check it out. It’s 23 minutes to help change the world.

Is prominent in “The Big Cover-Up” video. On the Larry King show he assured the nation that the presence of black police officers in the Sgt Crowley illegal arrest means there was no police misconduct. Powell deserves the opportunity to support this endeavor that will empower black Americans, which also debunks that widely embraced myth that the presence of black police officers means anything other than there is a black police officer present. More often than not the blue wall of silence supersedes racial crusading.

Anderson Cooper

Speaking of making amends for past mistakes. Anderson Cooper is prominently displayed in “The Big Cover-Up” video raising the key question in his initial interview with  the attorney of the key witness in the Crowley Gates affair. His questions exposed Sgt. Crowley lying and filing a false police report, which was followed by the subject never being brought up again by CNN. Anderson  owes  it to journalistic integrity and his own  to figure out a way to support this endeavor. Can’t wait to interview him and Greta Van Susteran who did the same thing as Cooper with her Fox news show at the time.

Don Lemon

Is another CNN, now host who is featured in our “The Big Cover-Up” video. He is seen interviewing black police officers on how they feel about Obama’s comment on the illegal arrest of Professor Gates. It was a clear case of CNN trotting out their black reporters to talk to the black cops and squelch the Perry Mason moment Anderson Cooper had exposed of Sgt. Crowley clearly lying on his police report proven by the 911 call. This is a classic example of the news media knowingly supporting law enforcement misconduct in race matters because despite the travesty being played out on national television, which we document, the rest of the news media went along with the misdirection at the expense of the black President and the American People.

Doug Baldwin

You made one of the more self-aware statements on Mike and Mike one morning at a point when the race and social justice issue was receiving widespread media attention, which was “we don’t know what we don’t know.”  This suggested, if you were exposed to this concept you would see the validity of this project  and exercise your leadership to generate support for this endeavor. This is a far cry from a number of the pro-ball players  engaging  in drive-alongs and other police and community based projects that have been part of the mating dance that follows police provoked racial  incidents for years. The point is the race and social justice problem is all about the lack of accountability, which is the structural device needed to be put in place to monitor and expose and that’s a critical component  this  national news media presence and representation is designed to address.

LeBron James

You deserve to be made aware of this concept if for no other reason than to be made aware of a perspective that will allow you to discard that sentiment you expressed of “feeling unequal” because some individual sprayed painted the “N” word on the garage door of your Los Angeles home. In the leadership role you have often assumed, I would think you would prefer an outlook that projected a sense of pride and feeling equal to any other American, particularly as a role model for our young people. It’s that sense of “feeling unequal” which is part of our biggest challenge with black Americans not feeling that we can assert ourselves and have the leading national news media operation in America. No one is in charge of the truth. It’s up to the news organization to decide it they want to look for  the truth and report it , which we have chosen to do.

You made this list, besides fitting the financial profile, because you are quoted as saying; “It’s ridiculous that someone hasn’t figured this out.” Well, as you can see, someone has. The question is do you recognize the solution that amount to this being “figured out” and are you ready to support it?

Stephen A. Smith

There is no one in “The Big Cover-Up” video that was more emphatic in his denouncement of Professor Gates than Smith.  he clearly missed or overlooked the misconduct of Sgt. Crowley and the rest of the racist offenses we exposed. This is Stephen A Smith’sopportunity to correct a personal error. However, this is a great example of the power of an unchallenged mainstream news media able to have a whole race internalize completely self-defeating racial myths and misperceptions to our detriment.
